The Splash Pads
Situated in the glorious Gheluvelt Park, Worcester, you can expect luscious greenery, flurries of colourful plants, plenty of family-friendly activities such as the splash pad and play park, and you can even feed the ducks as you gently stroll around the central lake. Spend time spotting a range of charming wildlife, from mute swans to kingfishers, and even bats! Or try your hand at tennis by booking a session for some exercise with the whole family! Within term time we’re open Friday-Sunday so you can unwind on the long weekend with a freshly made slice of cake- that’s what weekends are for. During the Summer holidays, our opening hours are extended so family outings can be enjoyed with an ice cream whatever the weather and day of the week. Keep up to date with our opening hours by heading to our Facebook page.
There’s so much to see and do, you’ll be sure to work up an appetite. Our friendly kiosk is the ideal pit-stop for when you’re out strolling with your dog or in need of some rest after a busy play around the park. So, after all of that fun, we recommend coming to say hello and choosing from a selection of our delicious treats. We offer Bennetts luxury ice cream, the perfect mid-morning hot and cold snacks, and not forgetting fairtrade tea and coffee, or a hot chocolate to warm you up!
