We’ve since moved from the trailer outside the front of Piston Distillery to a fully fledged kitchen for our newly launched boozy brunch menu on Wednesday through Friday.

There’s still all your grab and go favourites like nachos, tapas-style sharing bites, and food that incorporates the on-site spirits for events and private hire. We’ve served up our perfect for sharing menu at comedy night, Gin go bingo, country nights, and many other sell-out events in Diglis Basin.

We’ve also served up many requested dishes, fancy picky bits, hand-stretched pizzas, and tons more at on-site private events for corporate parties, big birthdays, wedding parties, and more.

Wake up with a Spicy Marg and a pancake stack? We’re not sure what could be better. We’ve got all your brunch favourites from the Piston Breakfast to healthy and light plates, or indulgent bagel and pancake stacks, or light pastries and excellent coffee.

Food To Share, Dip, and Nibble

We always use local suppliers and produce, and at Piston we create elevated classic sharing and tapas-style dishes that are full of flavour. Many a sauce also use the Piston drinks for an added depth of flavour and a nod to the collaboration.
